About Us


Tara Klein, M.S., Ed., BCBA is a co-founder of Building Behavior Solutions, LLC. Ms. Klein has been working in the field of special education for over 25 years. She received her Master's degree in Education from Capella University and holds both her NJ Teacher of the Handicapped and Elementary teaching certificates. Ms. Klein completed her BCBA coursework at Rutgers University. Prior to her work at Building Behavior Solutions, LLC, Ms. Klein was a teacher at the Douglass Developmental Disabilities Center for several years. After leaving Douglass, Ms. Klein served as the Educational Director of a non-profit organization providing consultative services to individuals with autism. Utilizing her education and years of hands on experience, Ms. Klein currently works at Building Behavior Solutions, LLC providing best practice Applied Behavior Analysis services to individuals with autism and other disabilities through consultation with schools and families. Ms. Klein also focuses on providing presentations in home and school environments on autism and Applied Behavior Analysis.

Maribeth Epstein, MAT, BCBA is a co-founder of Building Behavior Solutions, LLC. She received her Master's degree in Special Education from The College of New Jersey, holds her NJ Teacher of the Handicapped teaching certificate, and completed her BCBA coursework at Rutgers University. Ms. Epstein has worked with individuals with disabilities for over 20 years, specializing in the areas of autism and Applied Behavior Analysis. Ms. Epstein spent the beginning of her career as a teacher at the Douglass Developmental Disabilities Center. She also began a middle school program in a public school setting for individuals with autism before becoming the Assistant Educational Director for a non-profit organization providing consultative services to individuals with autism. As co-founder of Building Behavior Solutions, LLC, Ms. Epstein currently focuses on providing presentations and consultative services to schools and families to support individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.

Service providers of Building Behavior Solutions, LLC are well qualified to provide Applied Behavior Analysis services to individuals with autism and other disabilities. In addition to having significant experience working within the field, their specialized backgrounds as BCBAs, BCaBAs, speech therapists, special education teachers, general education teachers, and behavior therapists bring valuable knowledge and experience to each individual whom they serve.
